Probably the video card either doesn't have enough memory, or it's processor chip is too slow, possibly the video card driver needs updating. Check on the web site for the video card manufacturer to see if driver updates are available and install an update.

I just got an upgrade from 1.5 meg to 12 meg Centurylink. I was hoping for smoother streaming capabilities. Youtube videos as well as network shows like Leno now have a lip synch problem. The old internet at least did not have this same issue. The slower connection would stream most everything acceptable with the exception of certain videos having a bit of lag time. [congestion]. The PC is an HP Media Center running Win XP with 2 gigs of ram and AMD dual core processor. Could it be that the video card cannot process the data fast enough or a ram deficiency?
