That is naval gazing each packet. Or your USB system has a delay. The causes are all over the map. Be sure to try all USB ports and test at half the distance to the router.
If you feel that the drivers are correct for motherboard and more, let's see a WEB SPECCY REPORT for a trip (that is me reading it) for other causes.

Hi,
One PC on my network has high ping (between 200 - 600ms) when i ping the routers ip, and if i ping a server on the web it goes up to 1000ms.
This problem only happens on one of my desktops with wifi adapter, i tested the wifi adapter on a different pc and it works fine (1ms).
So from what i undersand, i think this is some kind of software problem from the desktop ?
Any tips on fixing this.
