You can either post it or do it yourself. I'll share the link but first this is often traced to the HDD.
Run the Speccy tool and find the HDD Smart Values 01 and 07. If they are off in the thousands you have found a recurring cause. You can see my speccy on a similar bad HDD at https://www.cnet.com/forums/discussions/im-upgrading-some-old-iron-what-would-you-like/
In the first test, the Web Speccy is at http://speccy.piriform.com/results/fd2oW1DCpYOV3OLQ8l5vuss and while the HDD passes most disk tests it shows the bad behavior you are complaining about.
Read https://www.piriform.com/docs/speccy/using-speccy/publishing-a-speccy-profile-to-the-web if you can't find these values.
I am perry and having serious issues with my windows laptop. After windows updates, I system lags so much I had to check and realized the process which is the cause keeps moving from one process to another. these processes include Windows file explorer, Antimalware service execution (i disabled windows defender but the issue still persists with this particular one), service host local system and windows modules installer.
P.S. I have followed a lot of solutions to the individual process but still cant find a solution.
I have disabled superfetch, windows search, windows defender, windows updates etc. I once did a clean boot but after a day or two the issue comes up again.
please help a brother...
