Hiding Win 7 Optional updates

I have 34 optional updates offered on my computer. All of them are for languages I don't speak. How can I hide them permanently to stop the constant display of "Optional Updates"?

Check them all and, right click on any of them...

and, right click Hide Update. Close the window by clicking the OK button.

I thought I replied. Thanks, that did it. I kept looking for a way to do it to all at once. I had to do it 34 times. I mistakenly assumed the programmers would allow me to do it to a bunch at one time.
