HID/Xenon Problems

by alternativesurfer / August 23, 2006 9:27 AM PDT

Just got a xenon upgrade kit for my car today. anyways i plugged in the kit to try them out (before a formal install) and the bulbs flickered for about 1/2 a second, then went out. I unplugged them, checked all the connections, put in a different bulb (in case mine was bad) turned the lights back on and still the flicker, then nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

What kind of HID do you have? it all depends on which company you buy it from and also which versions of them you have. Usually if it flickers then it means there is a connection problem in the wiring, could be the wire had a disconnected section. But i need some info from you first to determine the problem email me back at sycoazn84@hotmail.com
