I worked in the industry so while not totally up on the legalities, I am pretty confident in stating that there is no direct communication like you are envisioning. Yes, the FDA probably can't help from communicating it's leanings, particularly if they ask for something as concerns data, but they are not supposed to directly communicate anything of the sort. THAT is my beef here.
I see your point re: Martha stealing from who she sold it too. That may very well be the case. She acted on info the buyer didn't have. Wrong, and basically I think she should have jsut been slapped with a steep fine. But the person purchasing the stock was still like everyone else, gambling on the FDA decision. It was the leaker that REALLY should be brought to account, that hasn't happened, nor have I even heard of anything that will look at this ![]()
