my budget is like 700-850 € / 770-950$

Since it appears to be in a market I don't know about.

You would measure worth as the following:
1. What is it worth to you?
2. Do similar PCs sell for about the same?
3. Is this a ready to use PC? That is, there is no OS listed and may folk struggle to install Windows and get the drivers all set for game play.
4. What monitor is being considered? The GPU looks awful for play on UHD 4K monitors.

It is not ideal for ubd 4k gaming but if you play on a 1080p or 720p monitor it will provide 50 or 60 fps.
