Dear Buzz Out Loud Gang,
Chairman Deborah Platt Majoras has indicated that "three federal agencies -- the FTC, the FCC and the Department of Justice -- are already empowered to address issues of network neutrality."
Okay....wait a minute? Did you guys talk to the NTIA or National Telecommunications and Information Administration? They already have a policy on this issue.
For those who may not know the NTIA is: The President's principal adviser on telecommunications and information policy issues, and in this role frequently works with other Executive Branch agencies to develop and present the Administration's position on these issues.
If the FTC, FCC and DOJ are going to address issues on Net Neutrality, you might want to talk to the NTIA since they already have a policy on the matter.
Hey....just a thought.
