Question

Hesitation in videos

Aug 21, 2012 1:00AM PDT

Why do I have hesitations when trying to watch a video. It happens on my MacBook and on YouTube? I was watching a beautiful one, "Africa Into The Wild," and gave up after about 30 minutes..... it's maddening. I do have a life other than this. Any suggestions?

Thanks, Old Granny Lola

Internet speed

We have a high speed connection through our land line phone company. I will need to check our phone bill to see if it mentions what kind. As for "how" I'm watching i.e: Flash Player or HTML5, I have no idea, I just click on a link in an email that takes me to the video. In this particular case, I clicked on the link in the email, then within the page I was taken to, I found a link that said something to the effect, "watch on YouTube." So, I clicked on that and had the same problem. I have no idea how to go about choosing a different venue for watching such a video. Thanks, P...........
