Help with Windows 7 upgrade

I am trying to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows Vista. I have tried to remove the anti virus software using appremover. I am still getting the message that I need to remove the "Kaspersky anti virus," but am finding nothing. Does anyone have any ideas?

Resintall

Reinstall Kaspersky, then use the standard Windows uninstaller to uninstall it. Or just upgrade to the 2010 version of Kaspersky. So long as you have a valid subscription, all upgrades are free with Kaspersky.

Upgrade - from Windows 7 to Vista?

That would be a downgrade, and sometimes is not possible. You would have to install/re-install Vista if there was no downgrade option.

Probelm Solved!

All,

Thanks for your help. I installed Kaspersky and then uninstalled it. I finally got Windows 7 installed successfully, although it was midnight when the task was complete.
