help with website

i am trying to go to this website but its says "you are not java enabled" and i have java install in my computer.
what should i do?
i am using firefox

follow this link to test your java installation and version -

If you are using an old Operating System that doesn't support later versions of Java (current is java 6 update 24) you might just need to update your OS before you can access the page.

Let us know what that page up above shows and depending on the number of users accessing the server the java test might take a minute or two to load and complete the test.

i got it to work...
i restart my computer and i went back to the site and i worked..

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
