That's 60% of 40 work hours = 24 hours a week. Let's value each hour at USD 50 (in the USA). That's USD 1200 a week.
Find a programmer that can do it in one day. That's USD 800. It's earned back in 3 days. A very good investment.

Hi,
I have not had luck trying to make this happen, largely due to my complete ineptness at VBA.
In this case, I am sending out about 250 emails per week based on visits people are making to my business. I'm using Excel as a flat-file DB, with the email address of the attendee taking up one cell of the row.
Each row will indicate one of four possible color conditions (no background color, green, yellow, or red).
At the most basic of what I need to do is when clicking on the email link, I would like to open an Outlook window, autofilling the "To", "CC", "From", "Subject", and body based upon the color condiation of the row.
This task currently takes about 60% of my time, and there are much better solutions, but this is what I am currently stuck with.
Can anyone offer suggestions or code samples I can use to make this happen?
Background: This is in Office 2007 on a Windows 7 machine.
With gratitude,
Jace
