Seems like it needs repair. So back to the shop. If it can't be repaired, they might be able to save the data that's not on your SIM-card. Or just as well they might not, or for a higher price than you are willing to pay for the data.
If you've got data on any device (PC, mp3-player, mobile phone, notebook) you prefer to keep after something happens (like a defect, or you lose it, or it's stolen), you really should make regular backups to another device or medium. If you don't do that, that's a certain risk you take.
Hope this helps.
Hello everyone my name is Tony, and i would greatly appreciate your help with my Motorola V276! Its been a good little phone but its had its glitches. Well today i went and took it out of my pocket and it was off. Its happened before but it usually turns itself on...it didnt, so i pressed the power button and it went straight to an all white screen then turned to a black screen then to white and back to black etc. It wouldnt stop flashing the white screen no matter what i did until i pulled the battery out. I try charging it, it does the same thing, ive pulled the batter out multiple times and put it back in and tried to turn it on and all it does is flash an all white screen. There is some very important stuff on that phone that i would really hate to lose! So if any of you could be of assistance in helping me to get my phone up and working again i would greatly appreciate it!! Thanks for reading,
