HELP With Removing Firewall

Gosh, where to start... I'm ftp - ing or rather trying to from one computer to another... one is my pc and one is my xbox... now I have done this before so it is nothing new... my problem is a firewall issue... the errors that i'm getting all point to firewall... "502 pasv not emplemented" is mostly the villain here... I have disabled "zone alarm" but it seems like there is another firewall going... I don't know how to find it if there is one and then remove it if I find it... operating system xp pro...
