When you pulled the HDMI port out, the machine may have reset itself to look for a composite or component cable connection. Try hooking up with that and ensure that the HDMI port is set to send the video signal. Once you've done that, power everything down, turn on the game console and then power on the TV.
It should appear in the SOURCE box.
I am having lots of trouble hooking up my PS3 via HDMI cable to my Samsung 32" HDTV (model no. LN32B640R3FXZA). It was working just fine a couple hours ago right before I unplugged the HDMI cable from the HDTV and just plugged it in to another HDMI port to hook up DirecTV. After that when I press the Source button on the Samsung remote and try to go to the HDMI channel where the PS3 is hooked up it either says "No Signal" with a blank screen or I can't even get it to go to the channel at all because the HDMI channel where the PS3 is hooked up will appear and disappear, but most of the time it doesn't even show up on the list therefore I can't even select it to change the channel to it. I already tried switching HDMI cables and nothing still. Also when I hook anything up to the HDMI2 port it will go to the channel, but it says No Signal for anything I hook up. Any help and info on this would be greatly appreciated!
