Help with PDF file

Aug 3, 2007 5:13AM PDT

I have Windows XP Home with 512mb 80gb. I'm using SBC Yahoo Browser 6.0. I am having problems downloading PDF files when I click on a PDF link I get an error message can not download from popup. Can someone please let me know how I can fix this. Thanks.

The error message says "can not download from popup",or does it say something else?

"I am having problems downloading PDF files when I click on a PDF link I get an error message can not download from popup."

I have seen something similar to this happen when actually viewing a PDF file and the situation was that after I had opened the PDF -- for viewing in either the browser or perhaps Acrobat itself since I don't remember how it was opened -- that the option to save it from this process was not allowed. However, by closing the Acrobat reader or the browser page, I could then click to save the PDF from the actual Web site. Hope this is the scenario you're caught in also.
