help with pc monitor

my pc lcd monitor takes ages to switch on, eventually it will but not after 5 mins or so.

the light on the front blinks every now and then but it is quite annoying,plz help me find the problem and if my monitor is breaking !!!

Time to get a new one

Time to get a new one I think. Sounds like there's something screwy with the power supply, but there's really no means of servicing most monitors. You just throw it out and get a new one. If it's under warranty you can probably get a replacement, otherwise start looking at store ads and online.
