Help with Outlook

I have Microsoft Outlook 2003 and my problem is that the text is so big..The text for my emails is huge and the text for the subject lines are big as well. On the left hand side, the text for the menu options is rather large as well that the titles get cut off. I tried changing settings for my computer to fix this, but I still can't figure out how to minimize the text size of my Outlook application. Thanks.
