Help with Netscape

I have been using Netscape 7.1 for a while now. I had a computer crash a week or 2 ago so I did a reformat and reinstalled Windows XP Pro. I installed Netscape 7.0 to last me a few days til I can upgrade to high speed internet. I just downloaded and installed Netscape 7.1 and whenever I try to run the program, it just closes without ever even starting. There is no error message or anything. The program just doesn't start. Any ideas?

i would remove and reinstall Netscape.
