Help with Nero cover designer

Hello, i want to print cd booklets for cd cases and i don't know how to adjust nero cover designer for the correct milimetres because i have a pack of special papers the Avery Zweckform 32250 but the printer made the printing wrong.
So if you could teach me how to create this covers i will be grateful.
