Question

Help with location pop up

May 25, 2019 7:54PM PDT

There is this annoying overlay that pops up in the lower right corner of the screen. I'll describe it. It's blue in color. It's an icon of an open laptop. There are four lines of data. Line 1 is the Product description. Line 2 is Product #. Line 3 is Serial #. Line 4 is Current location w/ the word update underlined. I can't click on it, move it or anything.
It randomly pops up and is overlaid on the screen. It remains until I restart my laptop, and returns days or weeks later. I would like to remove it. It's an HP laptop and I contacted HP tech support and that was no help. Never seen it before. So can anyone out there help me remove it.
