How about a spreadsheet? LibreOffice Calc is free.

I personally use excel, you can easily enter dates such as loan date and due date; as well as easily calculate interest.

Are you looking for a Windows solution, or a mobile based solution? If so, which operating system?

The system we have been using is Notedashboard. It has a lot of nice features specially for non-performing loans.

I'll suggest you to make use of spreadsheet. I personally use it . It is quite beneficial.

I personally use spread sheet. It is quite effective.
