Help with Laptop Video Problem

I have a Dell Inspiron 630. Recently it has been freezing and when I try to restart it comes up with an error message (I am paraphrasing b/c it was long) - nv4_disp is corrupt and must therefore shut down. It says I need to update the driver? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
