Help with laptop issues - possible spyware or virus

I'm having some odd issues with my laptop today. I can't use the Google or Yahoo search engine, and my iGoogle will not load correctly. Gmail is hit or miss, and firefox is generally running quite slow. Oddly enough the msn search works fine and Internet explorer is running faster though I can't use the Google search using IE either. I ran a McAfee Virus scan and spybot then rebooted, but that hasn't helped. This is only happening on my laptop (Dell XPS 1330 running Vista) If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it. Here's a log for Hijackthis.

What are you using for security software?? I see Mcafee and Trend Micro with Spybot thrown in somewhere. ONE FIREWALL, ONE ANTIVIRUS/ANTI SPYWARE, rule of thumb. Sounds as if you need to get rid of some of it and do a fresh start, watch out for some of the freebies, some can create MORE issues than you want.

Just to calrify

Just to clarify that a little bit... You only want one anti-spyware program that does real-time scanning like an anti-virus program. Otherwise, you want as many different anti-spyware programs as you can get your hands on, since none of them catch everything.
