I know of no way to fixing Incrediamil's problems. In my opinion, a software to be avoided.

I decided to add incredimail outlook add-on on my work pc in microsoft outlook 2000 (operating system - windows professional 2000) and it just does not respond after installation. The hourglass maintains itself and sometimes a bar appears to tell me program not responding and will uninstall incredimail outlook add-on.
This is frustrating me because I told another worker about the add-on, who installed it after i had and it installed perfectly on their pc - i installed it same way as I had on my pc.
Why is her's working and mine isnt?
I've checked the message rules and there are none set.
I have even 'repaired' outlook in case the settings were wrong.
can someone please help?
I sent incredimail the feedback but don't think I will be hearing from them.
