Here I can continue to use VNC (too many free versions to list here) and the new Chome remote desktop.
I'm finally getting around to setting up an actual home network now that my wife and I are getting more devices ( two phones, two tablets, a desktop computer, a few game systems and soon two laptops)
we're getting the laptops to help with space, but on the desktop I have some photo/video editing software, and lots of pictures (photography is a hobby) so my question is is it possible to hide the desktop away and use it as a storage server and be able to access/control it remotely from a laptop and use the software as if I was on the desktop itself? sorry for the noob question.
