Help with GS320

by woohoo22 / December 12, 2007 8:05 AM PST

I, for whatever reason, cannot connect my Panasonic GS320 to a PC (yes, I've tried multiple ones).

I've tried firewire and USB. I'm running XP. I seriously have no idea what to do. I plugged in the firewire cable and a 9v DC adapter...nothing. same with USB?

help me please?!

9v DC adapter? That has nothing to do with FireWire.

What kind of Firewire connection are you using? What king of FireWirel are you using? Is Firewire active in the Hardware Properties of you computer?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
