Question

Help with graphics on GTA 5

Hi! I need help. I recently bought GTA 5 on PC and started playing it for the first time today, and my graphics are horrible. Everything is really pixelated and blurry. I know it probably has to do with my video card, but I'm not sure. Any (not too expensive) suggestions on what to buy to at least get a smoother, non pixelated, game play?

OS: Windows 7 prof. 64-bit
Processor: AMD A4-6300 APU with Radeon HD graphics (2CPUs), ~ 3.7GHz
DirectX 11
