Help with emoticons not moving in incredimail

Hi All,

I have just downloaded incredimail and when I write and send emails, the emoticons I am inserting in to the email are not moving, does anybody know why this would be happening and how I can fix it please?

Jen,

Are they only dead on your PC, and moving when the receivers open them, or are they dead with the receiver also?
And, if they don't move, how do you know it are moving ones to begin with? I suppose Incredimail has moving and non-moving ones, so I don't understand how you see the difference between them.

Full ver of IM??

Hi Jen,

Do you have the fully paid up IM. You only get limited version otherwise. I have owned IM for 3yrs now, & no probs of significance.

If you have the full version, the email support (I'm in Oz) is excellent, including follow up.
