I maintain an Access DB for a nonprofit group of 85 clubs. Each club has a president and a secretary.
I use mailmerge to send individual email messages to each because emails with a copy list of 160 sometimes gets trashed by mail servers as spam.
I would like to send emails this way to the president and copy the secretary. I can't figure out how to do this since both emails are in the same Access record. It looks like there is no "cc" function in Word to do this.
Can anyone suggest a way for me to do this? Right now I send a separate note to the presidents and secretary.
I have tried using the note as an attachment but unfortunately many people just won't open any attachment.
