Help With e-mail Spam =(

Well it has just been getting worse and worse....My org has switched to web mail now (login thru a webpage, but can config to use outlook..etc). Well I would like to keep my webmail rather then config it to go through outlook again, but how can I STOP the spam?!?

One main thing...I don't want to just redirect it into some "Spam" folder or mark the subject {spam?} I don't want it coming to my e-mail.

Oh and I can't really change address since it would be a pain telling all my contacts that it changed.

Help?...please
