I have a Vostro 1520, exactly 1 year old, purchased from a local PC Shop/Dell Dealer.
The screen has died 3 times, meaning the screen is light gray when it's supposed to be illuminated (PC works, I'm using it now with an external monitor). It's been back My local shop has been trying to work with Dell for 2 weeks and we still don't have a good answer as to what is happening. We think the PC is being replaced (apparently my model is no longer manufactured), but we can't find out what's going on.
How do you escalate problems within Dell for resolution? I absolutely need this resolved this week.
