Help with Dell

Apr 18, 2012 1:01AM PDT

Does anyone have a telephone number for Dell, where I can get a result. I purchased a Dell Computer from Wal-Mart.com in June 2011. It was the worst purchase of my life. I have sent it back too many times. I would like a refund or replacement. They told me to contact WalMart.com There is only a 90 day return policy. What do I need to do?

I did a search of the Dell web site and could not easily find a phone number. Like anything else to do with Dell I did find a page that says call technical support but they do not list a phone number. They ask you to enter your service tag first.

If you have had this system more then 90 days your going to have trouble getting anyone to listen to you. The way you describe your problem makes me think that this is going to cost them money to fix. At that point they will go into the deny, shift the blame and finally ignore you until you give up. Most manufactures today offer a token kind of support and when things get bad they just write you off. I wish you luck.

1-800-999-3355.

There's a trick to this.
Get the machine to fail the Dell Diags.

If it does and it's under warranty Dell will fix it.
If it does not.......your winging it.

Dell does not refund or replace machines because some user does not know what their doing or loads some product that makes a hash........not to imply that applies to you.
