About mmjb. Read http://reviews.cnet.com/5208-6141-0.html?forumID=8&threadID=15101&start=0 and consider reinstalling that.

About your error message. This is a volunteer forum and there are simple (unwritten) rules to help get the best help.

1. Tell what you do to provoke the message. (Yes, you did.)
2. Use the exact words of the error message and put them is "quotes" so they stand out. Typographical errors in an error message may result in an incorrect diagnosis.

If your problem is with the Musicmatch Jukebox (mmjb)
you might want to try their website, www.musicmatch.com/home and click on support. Maybe they can help with your problem.
