Help with Blackjace

Is there any to increase the ringer volume on the Blackjack? I can't figure it out. If the phone is in my purse, I can't hear it. Thanks for any help.

Get to your ringtones (Settings - Sounds - Ring Tone). When you are there, scroll over to the one that you are wanting. If yours is already showing, go to the left and then back over to yours, so that it starts playing. While it's playing use the up/down arrows on the outer left side of the device and click up. It will say "earpiece volume" on the screen, but it's lying (lol). You should hear the ringtone get louder!

Hope this helps ya!

Thank you for your help. I guess I should have said that I did use the earpiece volume button. The highest setting is not loud enough. Is there anything else I can do?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
