Help with audiophase kz111 mp3 player

Dec 28, 2007 7:58AM PST

Somebody deleted the "MUSIC" folder off my mp3 player and now it comes up with a screen that says "flash error! please backup the data and format the player" when I turn it on and I can't do anything. I tried syncing it with Windows Media Player and it created a new Music folder, but I still get the error screen. Can anyone help? Any ideas?
