5. However, access the M$ knowledge base and read about the error ''Explorer caused an Invalid Page Fault in module Shell32.dll'' to see if any fit your anomaly.
CAVEAT: If this stupid CNET software causes a problem with included huperlinks by adding a %20 anywhere in the URL, which will break the connection, simply place the cursor within the shown URL on the Address line and delete the %20, and then press Enter so the hyperlink works.
