Help with a E.SYSTEM EI 3103 Laptop please

Good day everyone my first post.

Last year I bought a E.SYSTEM EI 3103 Laptop I no it wasn't a very good thing to do as it was so cheap

Could Be The Hard Drive...Have You??

..confirmed the hard drive is connected all the way?

Which operating system are you using?

Tried starting the computer into Safe Mode? If no safe mode, have you tried using the Recovery discs to reinstall the operating system and all software back to its factory condition?

How To Start In 'Safe Mode'

By any chance is it still under warranty?

If so you might consider letting them pay for the fixing because "I heard a bit of a buzz or fizz " doesn't sound promising for a simple repair.
