That's a known issue. If any video, photo or such can't be handled by Windows Explorer, it does that. Microsoft has not considered this to be a bug since Windows rolled out.

I have not installed anything recently...
PC Model: ASUS A53U
Operating system:- Windows 7 Home Premium
Windows explore gives no message as to why it is continuously closing however this only tends to happen when im scrolling through My music or Documents.
Also on another note my Norton 360 has also stopped working..
Any Advice or Recommendations would be appreciated
