Okay this is a long shot because there could be a million different things that may cause this but I recently tried to install windows 2000 service pack 4 and in the middle fo the installtion my computer froze. I did a hard reset and now I can't get back into windows!! I get to the windows 2000 log in screen and it just freezes! I can't even get into safe mode! Does anyone have any suggestions / ideas?? I built this computer earlier this year. It has run great ever since and this is the first time i have had a problem. Thank you in advance for your help!

Nice to have, but for better than 4 years now I've yet to find a Windows 2000 owner that knows how to make one, and no one has them.

Just a comment, even I break this suggestion. When we use an acronym that is not widely known (ERD seems to have fallen into such a category), try to spell it out or provide a weblink about it.
