Seeking help to correct a forever flashing screen with windows 10. Computer has not been working for some time, even prior to recent update. But I recently got around to attempting to fix it.
The only way I have been able to attempt to fix issues is in safe mode with command prompt, all other safe mode versions lead to a continued flashing screen where I am unable to click open any program.
From other videos and forums I tried to stop several processes in msconfig.exe , such as:
Any Apple Product
All Virus Protection Programs
I have also unclicked the error reporting methods shown by several videos.
I have uninstalled my driver for my graphics card and bluetooth driver.
I have also tried to rollback to the previous version of Windows, then I get the blue screen saying to look into a WDF_Violation.
Still unsure of what to do. The Flashing Continues.
The computer itself was using Windows 7 prior to this, as I said this has been an issue for well over a year, so not affected by the recent updates, but instead likely from the initial Windows 10 install.
Hope me Obi-Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope.
