HELP!!!!!!!!!!!Why my new 46B750 has only black screen?

Hi buddy,

I just bought a 46B750 couple days ago. I tried first time to boot up, and hook it up to cable in my friend's house, it's working perfect.

Then I move it to my home, boot it up again, only black screen, no even menu. I can only turn it on or off, and that's it. It's SOLID Black screnn...Please, Help.

You didn't drop it, by the way? Don't volunteer to tell that to the shop, when applying for warranty.

flyby919,

Try to see if you can hook up a DVD player to it (or any connected device), turn the player on, and then power on the television.

If the screen is just black, no noise or lights or anything, you might want to see about getting it exchanged. It may have gotten damaged in transit, but if there's no exterior damage, an exchange may be the best way to go.
