HELP!! which camcorder Sony DCR-HC22 or Panasonic NV-GS35

I need a digital camcorder in the next month or so and while doing some research the Sony DCR-HC22 or Panasonic NV-GS35 are at a good price locally but i cant decide between them.

Can someone help me?????

Panasonic has a lot better optical zoom but i'm totally undecided between them!! pro's and con's for both!!!!
