HELP W/ MOTOROLA V635

I purchased this phone new,unlocked & unmarked. I cannot seem to get it to access my web browser. Has anyone else had the same problem? Does anyone have the correct settings to input on the phone's "web sessions" for Cingular? Help.. Love this phone do not wnt to return it..
