Could you:

a) rewrite your post in a more understandable manner
b) specify the exact error you are having (you say you "got blue" - is this a STOP screen? What is saying your settings are messed up?)
c) give more information about your system
d) give information as to anything you were doing before the restart that may have caused a problem.

Thanks.

You said, ''It wont Start it up the Start Button Im Doing everything with the Task Manager'',

What do you mean? Can you get to your desktop at all? If so, is that how you are acessing the Task manager?

What won't start up the Start button?

Start Menu and desktop

If you cannot get a desktop and start menu but can use taksmanager check to make sure there is the explorer.exe process running, if it isnt click file > New Task and then type in explorer.exe click ok, this should allow you to get a desktop and your start menu if it is not there.

do this if nothing else works as it should already be on these settings. another thing is to make sure msconfig is doing a normal boot, or there isnt anything under selective boot that could be stopping it, best idea is to set msconfig to normal boot unless you know what you are doing. file>new task > type msconfig.exe > click ok

and set it to normal, reboot and see what happens this may solve your problems, i am assuming you are using windows XP Pro/Home edition
