Help! Unable to open new Internet Explorer windows

by yeeca / August 22, 2006 11:52 AM PDT

I don't have any problems with IE when I click on the explorer icon, only when I click on a link that opens in a new window. All that happens is a new window opens up, but it's blank and nothing ever comes up. I have the same type of problem when I try to download programs that open in new windows, e.g. downloads from the Microsoft homepage and updating latest iTunes version. I'm currenly running XP and I have IE ver 6.0. If anyone is able to help me out, I'd appreciate it!

Try IEFix...

IEFix should be able to resolve the issue, which is usually the result of a corrupt registry entry.

Hope this helps,
