Help to use the Media centre and DVD on my Acer Computer

On my Acer Computer, I have a Media Center and a DVD Recorder.

I wish to know who to use the Media Center to download classical music from the Internet and recording it on my DVD recorder, so that I can play them on my TV.

XP Media Center?

I didn't know XP MCE recorded to DVDs so I have to write that this is not a feature of this system.
