help to select simple point and shoot for senior beginner

camera for an older person with ease of use priority. Able to make small prints. Is it possible to find such a camera with both and optical viewfinder in addition to LCD screen?

It's pretty simple but my quick advice is to take more than one shot of any scene then select the best one. We can always delete.

You may ask why I have this one at the desk. Something of a project about snapping a picture, a WiFi SD card off to a network custom system for very very cheap.
