Help to recover DVD back up.

Hi all,

I backed up the most important files and documents in a TDK +R DVD, until now I never needed to use this back up DVD, but now I needed it and when I insert the DVD into the drive it seems that it is not readable, when I double click on the drive icon in My PC a dialog box pops up saying "insert a disc into the drive".
It looks to me that the burning process didn't work properly.
The drive reads any of the other DVD in my back up collection but not this one, and i have tried not only isobuster but several other similar recovery softwares.
Is there a way I can recover the files on this DVD??

To create the dvd i used nero (which i will not use again) with the usual "browse and add" procedure.
