Answer
Use an FM Transmitter instead

Since you car radio system received didn't come with a USB port, it would be hard to make a USB port and connect it to the radio system, therefore you have to reasonable options.
1- Get a new car radio system that meets your requirments.
2- Try a car mp3 player fm transmitter, (Soundfly Aux, Soundfly SD or Avantek fm transmitter) all 3 have a USB port in addition to playing from SD card and AUX port.
For more details about those mentioned FM transmitters check http://mp3playeradvisor.com/best-car-mp3-players-fm-transmitters/
Best luck
